By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products & Services

Arise Numero offers two categories of products and services:

• Physical products: Handcrafted crystal bracelets made with authentic gemstones
• Numerology services: Free calculator and paid personalised readings

Product images are representative. As natural gemstones are used, colour, texture, and pattern may vary from the images shown. These natural variations are characteristics of authentic crystals, not defects, and do not constitute grounds for return unless the item is otherwise defective.

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order.

We make every effort to display accurate stock levels. In the rare event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative product.

Promotional prices, coupon codes, and discounts are subject to their stated terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay). All gateways are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store, access, or process raw card data on our servers.

By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. If payment is declined or found to be fraudulent, your order will be cancelled.

Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Final totals are shown at checkout before payment is taken.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. We mark all parcels with accurate customs values as required by law.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window on non-customised physical products from the date of delivery, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws including the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Numerology readings are non-refundable once delivered, as they are personalised digital services. If you are unsatisfied with your reading, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

8. User Accounts

You are not required to create an account to make a purchase (guest checkout is available). If you do create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@arisenumero.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, numerology reports, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Arise Numero and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arise Numero's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of products/services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Arise Numero shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from our negligence.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable consumer protection law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For consumers in the EU or UK, you also retain the benefit of mandatory protections under the laws of your country of residence.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India, without prejudice to any mandatory local consumer rights you may have.
